GDPR PRIVACY NOTICE

 

We provide this notice pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119/1) (hereinafter, "GDPR"):

  1. Your data controller is INTERFLEX POLSKA Sp. z o.o. of Skałowo 5, 62-025 Kostrzyn. We are registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000154669 and our taxpayer identification number (NIP) is 7861004612.
  2. Your privacy rights are as follows:
    1. the right of access to your  data;
    2. the right to data rectification;
    3. the right to data erasure ("right to be forgotten");
    4. the right to restriction of processing;
    5. the right to have your data transferred to another controller;
    6. the right to object;
    7. the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, please send us an e-mail to rodinfo@interflex.pl or contact as at our address as stated above. Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    8. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) as the supervisory authority for data processing.
  3. DWe will process your personal data fairly and transparently and only for a clearly specified and lawful purpose under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), which is to pursue a broad business relationship involving:
    1. consultations and replies to your questions, which includes sending you our personalised proposals based on your consent;
    2. entering into, performing and continuing any purchase and sale contracts for the products that we offer;
    3. direct marketing;
    4. exercise of business-related legal claims;
    5. compliance with our obligations as data controller;
    6. financial credibility checks;
    7. analytical and statistical purposes.
  4. Providing your personal data and your consent to process them is completely voluntary. However, if you do not provide your data to the extent we require as your controller, your purchase order may be left unprocessed as a result.
  5. Your personal data will be provided to the following recipients:
    1. pour employees and associates;
    2. postal and courier service providers and transport companies;
    3. IT, hosting and ICT service providers;
    4. our advisory, consultancy, audit, legal, tax, accounting, HR or training service providers;
    5. providers of goods or services who intermediate in our transactions.
    6. Where circumstances so warrant, your personal data may also be disclosed to public administration authorities and courts.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected but no longer than for the legal retention periods for the specific types of data.

    Basic personal data retention periods are as follows:
    1. Requests for proposals: for as long as is necessary to process your request but no longer than 6 months if you are no longer interested in our proposal and no purchase order results from it, or earlier if you withdraw your consent. Where our proposal results in a purchase order, the retention period will be extended to include the term of our contract as per its terms and the limitation period for any claims under it.
    2. Requests for contact: for as long as is necessary to process your request but no longer than 6 months if you decide to stop further contact with us, or earlier if you withdraw your consent. If your request is concerned with a complaint or warranty: for as long as is necessary to process it and for the related claims to be time-barred.
    3. Marketing: no longer than 5 years from when you gave your consent or earlier if you withdraw it.
    4. Other purposes based on our legitimate interests: for as long as these purposes are valid but no longer than 6 years (unless shorter time is agreed). In each case, the retention period may change and your personal data may be stored for a longer time where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or for a shorter time if you withdraw your consent.
  7. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union or international organisations.
  8. Your personal data will not be used in automated decision-making (without human involvement) or for profiling.
