Industrial sectional doors
Depending on their configuration and the type of panels used in Interflex sectional doors, the available variants are:
3. Door operation
Depending on their size, your needs and ease of use, industrial doors can be opened manually using a chain hoist or electrically using a power drive.
Additionally, we offer an extensive range of accessories:
- Photocells
- Sensors
- Motion sensors
- Remote controls
- Warning lights
- Locks
4. Wicket doors
The threshold is just 30mm high! The profiled shape of the bottom threshold strip makes it easy to walk over it or wheel a pram or bike through. This type of wicket door may be used with door widths of up to 5000mm.
The threshold is 170mm high. This makes for a highly stable and rigid bottom section of the door, a particularly important feature in industrial doors.
5. Glazings
6. Safety of use
All standard Interflex doors incorporate shaped section design that provides finger trap (pinch) protection. As standard, our doors come with safety gear to protect against the effects of spring failure. Available accessories include other safety devices:
- protection against cable breakages
- drive-through photocells
- sensors
- warning lights, etc.
7. Guide systems
Regardless of whether there is very little clearance in the lintel area or your door needs to be guided vertically upwards or accommodated for a sloping roof, there is always a choice of the right door guide systems for any installation case.
8. Guides
As standard, guides are made of galvanised steel but they could also be engineered using INOX-type stainless steel.
Our doors incorporate an innovative solution connecting vertical and horizontal tracks to ensure that rollers travel quietly and safely.
9. Ribbing and colours:
